CCMP

The CCMP organises regular playing days each year. These are a fun opportunity to get together, sight-read new works, and try some combinations of instruments you might not be familiar with. If you are registered as a member of CCMP, you will receive an email message several weeks before the playing days, which are usually on a Saturday afternoon. To take part, please register via the Playing Days page on this site and email the committee with any requests for a particular work or instrument combination. The organisers are responsible for forming groups and selecting appropriate music. We try very hard to put players of similar levels together, and do our best to accommodate requests for a particular work. For insurance purposes, apart from a first introductory attendance, CCMP members who wish to attend playing days must also have ACMS membership to continue to take part in playing days.
